Basic Employee Life Insurance (Home Depot Paid)

The employee life insurance benefit is insured under Manulife Financial’s policy # G0040936.

• Benefit amount full–time hourly associate– one times associate’s annual earnings, to a maximum of $1,000,000
• Benefit amount salaried associate – two times associate’s annual earnings, to a maximum of $1,000,000
• Termination Age – benefit amount terminates at age 70 or retirement, whichever is earlier

Optional Employee and Dependent Life Insurance

All part-time, full-time and salaried associates have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents. Please refer to your group benefits booklets for details.
