This safety shoe reimbursement form is available for Part-time and Full-time new associates working in the field or DCs outside of Quebec. This form will allow associates to expense the cost of their initial safety shoe purchase that was made prior to the benefit eligibility period through their Wellness account allocation. The reimbursement is optional and is limited to 1 reimbursement per associate.
This expense is for associates hired after Jan 1. 2023, and who have allocated funds to their wellness account during their benefits enrollment after 90 days.
